Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1. This giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. 1.2. Employees of Pacific Hoists, their immediate families, and any agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period
2.1. The giveaway commences on 11th September 2024 at 12:01 AM (AEST) and ends on 16th September 2024 at 11:59 PM (AEST).

3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the giveaway, participants must place an order for a Yale BatteryStar Chain Hoist (1-tonne capacity) during the promotion period. 3.2. Each purchase qualifies as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed, with each additional purchase during the promotion period providing another entry into the draw. 3.3. There is no limit on the number of entries per participant.

4. Prize
4.1. The prize is one additional Yale BatteryStar Chain Hoist (1-tonne capacity). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. 4.2. The winner will receive the same model and specifications as the one they purchased. No substitutions are allowed.

5. Winner Selection
5.1. The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted privately by a member of the Pacific Hoists team. 5.2. The draw will take place within 7 days of the promotion period's end.

6. Notification and Claiming the Prize
6.1. The winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. 6.2. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a redraw will occur, and a new winner will be selected. 6.3. The prize will be delivered to the winner at the address associated with their original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. General Conditions
7.1. The prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitutions, or transfers of the prize are permitted. 7.2. By participating in this giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Pacific Hoists to use their name and/or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
