Pacific Hoists Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of Australia only. Employees of Pacific Hoists, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway commences on 11/09/2024 and concludes on 16/09/2024 at 11:59 PM AEST.
3. Entry Requirements
Each eligible purchase of a Yale BatteryStar Chain Hoist during the promotion period counts as one entry into the giveaway.
There is no limit on the number of entries per participant, provided that each entry corresponds to a separate eligible purchase.
4. Prize
The prize is an additional Yale BatteryStar Chain Hoist with a 1-tonne capacity, identical to the model purchased. No alternative products, models, or cash alternatives will be offered.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted privately by a member of the Pacific Hoists team.
The draw will take place within 7 days after the conclusion of the promotion period.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this time frame, Pacific Hoists reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another participant.
7. General Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
By entering the giveaway, participants consent to Pacific Hoists using their name for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.
