Can I buy direct from you?

Pacific Hoists supports a distribution network which is where all products can be purchased from, and does not support direct sales.

Do I receive a test certificate with each product and what does that exactly mean?

Where required, a test certificate can be supplied stating that the product has been subjected to a test procedure which ensures the product’s safety and ability to work within its design capabilities and rated capacity. This testing procedure is normally provided at the factory but Pacific Hoists also has facilities to test each product within Australia as a means of further backing up the products, when and if required, locally.

Do you also sell spare parts for each product?

Pacific Hoists stocks a very extensive range of spare parts for all products which are available through the distribution network.

Do you have low headroom systems?

There are a wide variety of options around close coupling Pacific Hoists systems depending on the product you intend to use. If you have headroom restraints, please contact our customer service center to enable us to help you decide the best solution.

Do you offer back-to-base warranty on all your products?

All Pacific products are warranted against faulty materials and workmanship on a back to base system. Please call our customer service center to discuss your requirements.

Do you offer remote or radio controls and if yes on which products?

Yes, Electric and Pneumatic Hoists and Electric Winches can be supplied with optional remote controls.

Do you offer training?

Pacific Hoists have a team of professionals who are experienced in offering assistance with training for the products being offered. A call to our customer service team will enable us to put one of these people in contact with you to arrange a suitable time and location to provide this for you.

How do I suspend my hoist?

There are many options available to you to suspend your hoist. Pacific Hoists supply a range of Girder Clamps and Girder trolleys in manual push operation, geared driven units plus electric or air operated trolleys for a wide variety of applications.Our customer service team will welcome your call to discuss all of the options available to you.

Which electrical feed systems do you offer and where can I get advice on that?

Pacific Hoists offer a variety of electrical feed system options to cover your individual requirements. These include a wire rope catenary hanger system using round cable for runways up to 20 meters in length, a “C” Track system utilizing roller trolleys and flat cable for longer applications including roving pendant systems plus an enclosed conductor system for specialized applications. Feed systems are available for electric and air supplied applications so please contact our customer service team for more information on these.

Which standards do the Pacific Hoists product comply with?

Pacific Hoists comply with any relevant industry standards required for the use of the product we supply within the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Why and when am I paying a restocking fee?

A restocking fee will be charged where products need to be returned as no longer required. This is to cover the costs incurred by Pacific Hoists in picking and packing the goods, invoicing costs, handling and freight charges plus any other expenses incurred by providing the product for sale.
