As part of our ‘Complete Value Package’ Pacific Hoists stocks a comprehensive range of spare parts for all of our products within excess of 15,000 spares stock lines at any given time. Full spare parts back up and advice can be provided for our customers, together with the provision of exploded spare parts diagrams and engineering specifications.

Our LEEA trained technicians are available to provide advice on  spare parts selection and installation.

Our distribution policy provides for same day despatch of spare parts whenever possible to minimise the downtime for our customers.

The stocking of complete ranges of spare parts ensures that our service teams can provide rapid and professional turnaround of hoist repairs for our customers.
