Pacific Hoists is fully equipped with testing facilities; our workshops can provide the highest level of technical support, and customisation on outbound products. We have a range of external service providers and technicians for service, maintenance, and repairs of our products in every state.

We specialise in lifting advice and design specifications. Our technicians are committed to providing customised solutions for all of our customers. In addition, they are available to provide online or telephone support for customers who require advice or answers to lifting problems.

All Pacific Hoists technical staff are LEEA (lifting Equipment Engineers Association) trained and demonstrate the highest level of technical competence and expertise. Training has been completed from all key suppliers. This combined with an average 15 years experience in the industry; our staff ensure that Pacific Hoists’ customers have peace of mind by knowing that their equipment is in good hands.

Pacific Hoists are NATA accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 to be able to provide certified testing of lifting equipment. Back to base testing services are available upon request.
