Service & Maintenance
Pacific Hoists is fully equipped with testing facilities; our workshops can provide the highest level of technical support, and customisation on outbound products. We have a range of external service providers and technicians for service, maintenance, and repairs of our products in every state.We specialise in fault diagnosis, special lifting advice and design specifications. Our technicians are committed to providing quality repairs and servicing for our clients.
Spare Parts
As part of our ‘Complete Value Package’ Pacific Hoists stocks a comprehensive range of spare parts for all of our products within excess of 15,000 spares stock lines at any given time. Full spare parts back up and advice can be provided for our customers, together with the provision of exploded spare parts diagrams and engineering specifications.
Testing & Inspection
Pacific Hoists is a fully accredited NATA testing laboratory; achieving accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 for Mechanical Testing in July 2000. Supporting this, is a LEEA, (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association), trained team of technicians who are trained in all aspects of lifting equipment inspection and testing.
Training & Demonstration
At Pacific Hoists we pride ourselves on our commitment to the training of distributors which ensures that the correct selection and proper use and care of products is passed onto the end user. The Pacific mobile showrooms are used extensively for this purpose.
