Ensuring quality is always achieved, Pacific Hoists lifting and pulling products come complete with a Manufactures Certificate of Test stating the Model, Capacity and Test Load. (in accordance with AS1418.2) and at our customer request Pacific Hoists will supply Compliance Certificate to AS1418.2.

Since July 2000 Pacific Hoists has operated its own NATA certified 10 tonne Testing Tower and can test any lifting equipment it supplies in accordance to Australian Standards 1418.2.

Our laboratory for public testing adheres to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 (1999) and we currently perform the following;

13.05 Lifting Gear and tensioning and staying systems
.51 Lifting appliances.

Proof test on serial hoists. Winches and suspension equipment in the range of 980 N to117.6 kN to AS 1418.2.

We keep records of all tests performed and we have the ability to supply a PDF version at no cost in the event of your test certificate being misplaced.
