Pacific Hoists operates its own workshop facility based at Head office, Seven Hills NSW, where fully trained and qualified technicians are at you disposal to undertake maintenance and repair of all our products.

And are committed to making sure all units are correctly diagnosed, repaired and serviced, resulting in consistent “right first time” performance. It’s a commitment we will always stand behind. Like all mechanical products, you must maintain your product to keep it functioning at its best. No matter what type of hoist, chain block or lifter trolley, always read the Instruction Manual and perform scheduled in house inspections.
