NANDI KISS & PACIFIC HOISTS WIN ARMOR ALL SAS AWARD
DEBUTANTE Dunlop Series team Nandi Kiss Racing has won the $500 ARMOR ALL SAS Award from the opening round of the 2012 season in Adelaide.
The former V8 Ute racer purchased an ex-PWR Racing Commodore VE in the off-season and made his full-time Dunlop Series debut with his own team on the weekend.
The prize, which was given at all rounds of the series in 2011, is again being offered at every round this season for ‘style, attitude and safety’.
Award criteria includes having a well presented car, team and garage, meeting deadlines pre and during an event, a positive racing attitude and meeting safety standards on track, in pit lane and in the paddock.
Television coverage of the opening round of the Dunlop Series will air on Saturday March 24 at 1.30pm AEST on 7mate.
